Whenever we create a backup [from command center or manually] we'd like to add a note so we know what changes were made from file to file or reference an internal ticket #, etc.

we dont need a large text field, but enough [255 chars?] to give a discription about what differs between backup file A and file B. If its an automatic scheduled backup, the Command Center should add the note "Automatic Scheduled backup" or something along those lines.
